Michelle Hundertmark

Michelle has always loved the thrill of discovering hidden treasures. As an Estate Sale Auction Specialist, she combines her passion for thrifting and reselling with a keen eye for unique and valuable items. She enjoys researching, photographing, and presenting auction items, helping treasured belongings find new homes where they'll be appreciated.
A lifelong Maryland resident, Michelle enjoys serving her local community and building meaningful relationships. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, their two sons, one rescue dog, and four rescue cats. Her enthusiasm for people, eye for detail, and passion for the stories behind every item make her a valued member of our team.

Ainsley Jones

Ainsley Jones is a rising sophomore at Penn State University Park studying Nursing and participating in Army ROTC as a scholarship recipient. She graduated from the Baltimore School for the Arts and played the cello for 13 years.
In her free time, Ainsley enjoys traveling, working out, reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends. She is excited to continue learning, serving others, and developing new skills through her work. She looks forward to contributing a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and compassionate approach to her team.

Sam Rubio

Sam is a freshman at the University of Connecticut who brings enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn to the Caring Transitions team. He enjoys helping clients and contributing to smooth, successful transitions.

Sam enjoys playing pickup soccer, photography, snowboarding, and backpack camping. He also loves traveling and hopes to visit the Dolomites and go skydiving in the future. His positive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges make him a great addition to our team.

Russell is a member of the Caring Transitions of Ellicott City team, where he assists with moving, packing, and sorting to help make each client's transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. His dedication to learning, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others make him a valued member of our team.Russell is currently pursuing his master's degree in Molecular Biology at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
